{"id":5875,"date":"2026-01-06T13:32:03","date_gmt":"2026-01-06T04:32:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/recow.kyushu-u.ac.jp\/?page_id=5875"},"modified":"2026-03-24T10:13:49","modified_gmt":"2026-03-24T01:13:49","slug":"hrd_summary","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/recow.kyushu-u.ac.jp\/en\/hrd_summary\/","title":{"rendered":"About the Offshore Wind Power Human Resource Development Program"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>About the Offshore Wind Power Human Resource Development Program<\/h1>\n<p>At the Research and Education Center for Offshore Wind (RECOW), we have developed the \u201cOffshore Wind Power Human Resource Development Course\u201d as a human resource development program designed to cultivate the engineering expertise and competencies required across all project phases related to offshore wind power, including planning, installation, operation and maintenance, and decommissioning.<br \/>\n<em><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">\u203bThis program was selected for the Agency for Natural Resources and Energy\u2019s Subsidy Program for Human Resource Development in Offshore Wind Power in fiscal years 2022, 2023, and 2024, under the project titled \u201cDevelopment of a Human Resource Development Program for Offshore Wind Industry Engineers.\u201d<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<h3>We are also working to develop a course system that is more accessible and convenient for engineers currently in the workforce.<\/h3>\n<p><strong>\uff1cLecture Format\uff1e<\/strong><br \/>\nThe lectures are delivered online.
