About the Offshore Wind Power Human Resource Development Program
At the Research and Education Center for Offshore Wind (RECOW), we have developed the “Offshore Wind Power Human Resource Development Course” as a human resource development program designed to cultivate the engineering expertise and competencies required across all project phases related to offshore wind power, including planning, installation, operation and maintenance, and decommissioning.
※This program was selected for the Agency for Natural Resources and Energy’s Subsidy Program for Human Resource Development in Offshore Wind Power in fiscal years 2022, 2023, and 2024, under the project titled “Development of a Human Resource Development Program for Offshore Wind Industry Engineers.”
We are also working to develop a course system that is more accessible and convenient for engineers currently in the workforce.
