On Tuesday, October 8, 2024, Ambassador Kristin Iglum of the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Japan, along with three officials including the Counsellor for Energy and Technology, the Counsellor for Fisheries, and an advisor, visited Kyushu University to exchange views with the Research and Education Center for Offshore Wind.

Following a presentation on the initiatives and research strategies of the Research and Education Center for Offshore Wind, active discussions were held with the Center’s researchers regarding Norway’s efforts toward green energy, as well as the potential for collaboration with Norwegian universities and companies.
